Our Healthcare Story

Over 22 years in healthcare, I witnessed poor sanitation practices that put patients and facilities at risk.

My career has spanned emergency trauma units, nursing facilities, cardiology departments, ambulatory care settings, procedural environments, and MedSurg floors. I have worked inside high-acuity, compliance-driven systems where infection control is not optional — it is operational survival.

And yet, I repeatedly observed a dangerous gap.

Environmental services were often treated as secondary. Cleaning was focused on appearance rather than risk mitigation. Documentation was inconsistent. Protocol discipline varied.

In healthcare, that gap matters.
