Agreement to Terms
By engaging Dorys Healthcare Environmental Services Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") for healthcare environmental services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service.
Services
We provide professional healthcare environmental services including:
- Healthcare environmental sanitation for medical offices
- Clinic and outpatient facility sanitation
- Assisted living and senior care cleaning
- Infection control and high-touch disinfection
- Compliance documentation and scheduled sanitation
Specific services, pricing, and schedules are agreed upon before service begins.
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments should be scheduled in advance
- We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
- We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests
Access to Premises
You are responsible for:
- Providing safe and reasonable access to the service area
- Ensuring all necessary areas are accessible during scheduled service hours
- Securing sensitive patient records and protected health information per HIPAA requirements
- Informing us of any biohazards, special protocols, or facility-specific considerations
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Prices are as quoted and may be adjusted for additional services requested
- For recurring services, billing arrangements will be discussed in advance
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge
- We value your feedback and use it to improve our services
Liability and Insurance
Dorys Healthcare Environmental Services Inc. is fully insured with $2,000,000 in liability coverage. We take every precaution to prevent damage, but in the unlikely event of accidental damage:
- Report any damage within 24 hours
- We will assess and address claims promptly
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear
