• Pre-opening or pre-survey cleans when an inspection, move-in or reopening date is close.

What we refer out

Some events need a licensed specialist, and we will say so rather than improvise: trauma and crime-scene remediation, mould remediation, structural drying after major flooding, and transport of regulated medical waste, which must go through a hauler licensed under 105 CMR 480.000.

What you receive afterwards

A short written record of what was done, where, with which EPA-registered products and contact times — the documentation your safety committee or surveyors will ask for.

ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) bioluminescence testing measures the amount of organic residue on a surface in 10 seconds — providing objective, numerical proof of disinfection effectiveness. This is the same technology used by infection prevention programs in major U.S. hospitals.

We offer ATP verification testing as part of our standard quality control program. Pass/fail readings are logged for each tested surface, giving your facility documented evidence of cleaning effectiveness for accreditation surveys, internal quality reviews, and patient safety committees.
